The whole fridge-door list
Send it over and we'll tell you what fits in a half day.
The list on the fridge door. Book a half day, we'll work through as much of it as we can in one visit — almost always cheaper than calling three separate trades.

What we cover
Most tradespeople hate small jobs, which is why they price them badly. We treat them as a block of time: send us the list, we'll tell you roughly how much of it fits in half a day, and we'll work down it in order of what matters to you.
Common jobs
Send it over and we'll tell you what fits in a half day.
Built properly and anchored to the wall, which the instructions never stress enough.
Fixed into something structural, with the cables hidden.
Black mouldy silicone removed and replaced — a two-hour job that transforms a bathroom.
Level, into the right fixings, and able to hold what you'll put on them.
Sticking doors, worn latches and draughty frames sorted.
Questions
We charge a fixed half-day or full-day rate, plus materials. You get the tradesperson's time for that block and we work down your list. If we finish early we'll start on whatever else you've got.
As a rough guide: a TV mount, three or four shelves, a flat-pack wardrobe and a couple of small repairs. Send us the list beforehand and we'll give you an honest answer rather than a surprise on the day.
We carry fixings, sealant, screws and common consumables. Anything specific — a particular blind, a light fitting, a lock — is best bought by you or added to the quote so we bring the right thing.
A half day is our minimum booking. For a single fifteen-minute job that's poor value for you, so it's worth saving up a few jobs and doing them together.
We'll stop and tell you before spending your money. Occasionally a wobbly shelf turns out to be crumbling plaster or a leaking tap turns out to be a corroded pipe — we'll explain the options and price the proper fix.
